ARMAGEDDON 101 - TEN THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE WAR IN THE HOLY LAND (PART 2)
Welcome to the Multi-Polar World Order, in which one man holds the fate of the world in his hands.
Hey folks,
It looks like you guys have been enjoying what I’m had to say about the War in the Holy Land and its implications for global geopolitics.
So, I guess I’ll keep at it for a few more days, then take a break and reassess.
If you want to see more of this type of content, please consider becoming a paid subscriber.
I do feel that these early days are important. Now that WWIII has become a hot war, the Powers That Shouldn’t Be are going to do everything in their power to re-establish narrative control, and that could involve drastic measures.
DID I CALL IT, OR WHAT?
Before getting down to brass tacks, I’d like to call your attention to a couple of my previous articles about geopolitics.
On February 15th, I published a piece in which I wrote:
Now, I know I`m not alone in suspecting that the whole COVID psy op was Round One of World War III, but I think that we can pretty much stop speculating now. I think it`s undeniable. World War III isn`t around the corner. It`s already here.
In the same piece, I touch on the 3-D level of geopolitics before going on to predict the advent of hot war in the near future.
[W]e need to understand that the game of power is not only fought between nation-states. It is fought between factions whose interests align, and different types of factions exist. In WWIII, multi-national corporations like BlackRock and Vanguard are much more important players than most countries are. And yes, there are dynastic families, such as the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, whose inscrutable schemes are doubtlessly shaping world events to some degree as well.
But make no mistake - WWIII will not be a fake war orchestrated by hidden puppet-masters. It will be real, because it must be real in order for it to serve its purpose. There will be winners and losers. There is a real power struggle, and some factions will come out on top. Others will see their power reduced, and some may be destroyed altogether. But one cannot look at WWIII as simply a fight between NATO and BRICS. Things are much more complicated than that. There aren`t three players in this game. There are countless.
That said, I do suspect that the new cold war will not stay cold for long. I think hot war is coming soon to many parts of the world. I hope I`m wrong, but it seems probable to me that there will be a collision of raw military power at some point in the near future. I think that we should all be bracing ourselves for impact.
IS NATO AT WAR WITH ITSELF?
In a follow-up piece, I ask an important question that no one else seems to be asking - Is NATO at war with itself?
It is very hard to say, for instance, who WWIII is between. Is it between NATO and BRICS? Well, Germany is a NATO country and they were heavily invested in Nord Stream. Yet the U.S., assisted by Norway, who is also a NATO member, blew up a strategically important pipeline. Isn`t that an attack on Germany? Is NATO then at war with itself?
Sooo… with that out of the way, here are:
TEN THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE WAR IN THE HOLY LAND (PART 2)
6.CHINESE PRESIDENT XI JINPING VISITED SAUDI ARABIA LATE LAST YEAR
When I heard that Xi Jinping had visited Saudi Arabia, I took that as a sign that the demise of the petrodollar was immanent. This is the first time the Chinese President has visited Saudi Arabia, and soon thereafter, LNG was traded in yuan for the first time ever.
This isn’t a secret. Back in March, OilPrice.com reported that:
During a landmark visit to Riyadh in December, Chinese President Xi Jinping said that China and the Arab Gulf nations should use the Shanghai Petroleum and National Gas Exchange as a platform to carry out yuan settlement of oil and gas trades.
As a recent MSN article about the recent BRICS expansion explains:
Saudi Arabia, the de facto leader of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC+), traditionally entwined with the U.S., significantly generates and exports crude to Indo-Pacific and European nations. The UAE also boasts robust and longstanding relations with the United States. Iran, another possessor of extensive oil reserves, has long grappled with Western sanctions. Russia stands prominently as a top oil exporter, increasingly conducting transactions in non-dollar currencies.
Consequently, the expansion envelopes over 60% of global oil production within BRICS+.
If the importance of this deal is lost on you, let me remind you that after Saddam Hussein announced his intention to trade in euros instead of dollars, the U.S. invaded Iraq, killed him, and installed a puppet government.
The regime of Moammar Gadhafi was also destroyed after he dared defy the petrodollar system.
It should be obvious that it is brute military force that has propped up the petrodollar system.
The fact that China met with the Saudi King should be interpreted as a direct challenge to U.S. hegemony.
It’s clear that the balance of power has shifted. The U.S. no longer rules the world.
Welcome to the Multi-Polar World Order.
7. TURKISH PRESIDENT ERDOGAN HAD A CLOSED DOOR MEETING WITH A HAMAS LEADER BACK IN JULY
Back in July, Al Jazeera reported on a meeting between Erdogan and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has expressed concern about Israeli settler violence against Palestinians in a meeting with his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbas.
“As Turkey, we continue to support the Palestinian cause in the strongest way possible. We are deeply concerned about the violence of illegal settlers,” Erdogan said after the meeting in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on Tuesday.
The article goes on to say:
Erdogan also addressed the issue of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, where some hardline Israeli Jewish settlers are promoting its destruction and the construction of a third Jewish temple in its place.
“We cannot tolerate any acts attempting to change the historical status quo of holy places, particularly the al-Aqsa Mosque. The unity and reconciliation of the Palestinians are key elements in this process,” the Turkish leader said.
The only way to a just and lasting peace in the region is to support a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine, Erdogan added.
Erdogan later held a behind closed doors meeting with Abbas and Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.
This is especially important as it shows solidarity between Hamas and Fatah, the organization of which Abbas is leader.
Fatah continues to hold power (such as it is) in the West Bank.
It sure seems to me that the Muslim world is united, which leads to a very important question.
IF TURKEY FLIPS, IS NATO TOAST?
One of the most important pieces on the WWIII chessboard is Turkey.
Why, you ask? Well, look at a map:
Turkey shares the Black Sea with Ukraine and Russia. Like the Ukraine, it is situated between the spheres of NATO and Russia influence.
There is a reason that Constantinople (now Istanbul) was the capital of the Byzantine Empire. It is located in a very important strategic location.
True, Turkey is a NATO member, but can you imagine being in Erdogan’s shoes right now?
If this really is WWIII, his number one responsibility to his people is to not be on the losing side. The stakes are extremely high.
As I understand it, the Turkish regime is strongly ethno-nationalist, with many describing it as fascist. Islam plays a big part of this, and their religious motivations should not be underestimated.
It bears keeping in mind that the U.S. has been arming Kurdish militant groups, who are enemies of the Turkish state, for years.
Ostenisbly, NATO is a military alliance, but I doubt that it seems like much of an alliance to the Turks. I would suspect that they would be much more loyal to Islam than to NATO.
Their prime consideration, however, will likely be their desire not to be on the losing side of a war between the U.S. and BRICS. The consequences of choosing the wrong side could be a century of humiliation, or worse.
If they choose the winning side, they may find themselves in a position to reclaim the glory days of the Ottoman Empire, with is what Turkish nationalists have long dreamed of.
I’ll say it again: the stakes are extremely high. If one man holds the fate of the world in his hands, it is Erdogan.
For years, Turkey has been threatening to leave NATO, and if being a member of the putative alliance means fighting and dying for the U.S. in a losing war against Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, China, Russia, and the rest of BRICS+, I doubt they will go down with the ship.
The U.S. has shown that it is not a loyal ally. Why should Turkey be loyal to it?
8. THE U.S. HAS DEPLOYED THE WORLD’S LARGEST AIRCRAFT CARRIER TO THE MEDITERRANEAN, AND IS CONSIDERING SENDING A SECOND ONE
Yesterday, the Eurasian Times reported that:
The USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier strike group is being dispatched by the US Navy to the Eastern Mediterranean in response to the intensifying conflict between Israel and Palestinian militants from Hamas.
And according to the Wall Street Journal, it may soon deploy a second.
The USS Gerald R. Ford is equipped with a fleet of fighter jets, and it’s clear that the deployment is a threat to bomb someone. But whom? Gaza is already being bombed to smithereens by Israel.
Clearly, the move is meant to threat Iran. But will the U.S. risk losing Turkey as an ally by actually bombing Iran?
Time will tell, but the stakes could not be higher. I wouldn’t want to underestimate either the U.S. or Israel, but both nations are in extremely unenviable positions right on.
As Sun Tzu says in Art of War: “Every Battle Is Won Before It Is Ever Fought.”
It seems to me that China has been maneouvring masterfully.
9.RUMOUR HAS IT THAT WEAPONS SENT TO THE UKRAINE WOUND UP ON THE BLACK MARKET AND ARE BEING USED BY HAMAS IN GAZA
The U.S. has sent upwards of 70 billion dollars of weapons to the extremely corrupt Ukrainian regime.
It should not come as a surprise to any intelligent person that many of those weapons have wound up on the black market.
Quite a few outlets are reporting that they made their way to Gaza, but it seems to remain in the realm of rumour for now.
Rather than trying to convince you that this is definitely the case, I’ll just say that it strikes me as believable.
This might be a good time to mention that the U.S. also left an estimated 80 billion dollars worth of military hardware behind when they pulled out of Afghanistan, meaning that the Taliban is now even more of a force to be reckoned with than they used to be.
Oh yeah, and Iran recently had 6 billion dollars in assets unfrozen.
10.ISRAEL’S “INTELLIGENCE FAILURE” MAY HAVE BEEN INTENTIONAL.
The dominant narrative in the truth movement right now seem to be that this was a false flag. Sort of. Let me explain.
No one in their right minds belives that Hamas would knowingly act on behalf of Israel. Now, perhaps they could be useful idiots, but a more plausible hypothesis is that this is this was a false flag of the LIHOP/MIHOP variety.
LIHOP stands for “Let It Happen On Purpose”. This is when a state allows themselves to be attacked. It’s not a true false flag, but it serves the same purpose.
9/11, which most informed people believe was carried out by the C.I.A., is a classic example of a “true false flag”.
Many believe that Pearl Harbour was a LIHOP attack. They believe that the U.S. could have prevented the attack, but chose not to.
In both cases, the attacks provided a pretext for the U.S. to convince members of its working class to go die in foreign wars that were ultimately being waged for power and profit.
It is possible that Israel allowed Hamas to attack it in a big way in order to drag the U.S. into a war with Iran? It certainly seems possible.
One could even take it a step further. Perhaps it is both a LIHOP and a MIHOP attack at the same time.
MIHOP stands for “Make It Happen On Purpose”. In this case, could it be that Israel has been deliberately provoking the Muslim world to attack it?
HAS ISRAEL BEEN DELIBERATELY PROVOKING THE MUSLIM WORLD TO ATTACK IT IN ORDER TO DRAG U.S. INTO A WAR AGAINST IRAN?
Arguably, WWIII began on January 3rd, 2020, when Iranian General Qasem Soleimani was killed by a U.S. air strike in Iraq.
At the time, many people compared this killing to the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, which led to the First World War.
This assassination of General Soleimani was presumably carried out at the behest of Israel.
The importance of this event seems to have been somewhat memory-holed, so allow me to refresh your memory.
According to Wikipedia:
On 3 January 2020, Qasem Soleimani, an Iranian major general, was targeted and killed by a U.S. drone strike near the Baghdad International Airport in Iraq while he was on his way to meet Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi…
Soleimani was considered the second most powerful person in Iran, subordinate to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei…
The strike occurred during the 2019–2022 Persian Gulf crisis, which began after the U.S. withdrew from the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran in 2018, reimposed sanctions, and accused Iranian elements of fomenting a campaign to harass U.S. forces in the region in 2019.
On 27 December 2019, the K-1 Air Base in Iraq, which hosts Iraqi and U.S. personnel, was attacked, killing an American contractor. The U.S. responded by launching airstrikes across Iraq and Syria, reportedly killing 25 Kata'ib Hezbollah militiamen. Days later, Shia militiamen and their supporters retaliated by attacking the U.S. embassy in the Green Zone.
Soleimani's killing sharply escalated tensions between the U.S. and Iran. Iranian leaders vowed revenge, while U.S. officials said they would preemptively attack any Iran-backed paramilitary groups in Iraq that they perceived as a threat…
Five days after the airstrike, Iran launched a series of missile attacks on U.S. forces based in Iraq, the first known direct engagement between Iran and the U.S. since the naval battle precipitating the Vincennes incident on 3 July 1988.
Following the shootdown of Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 amidst the escalation, no additional military actions took place…
In the days after the assassination of Soleimani, Iran's leaders vowed "shattering revenge" "on places and at times where the U.S. don't expect it".
Well, it certainly seems that Iran has made good on their promise to avenge Soleimani’s death. But perhaps that’s exactly what Israel wanted.
Other actions could also be interpreted as provocations. I could name several, but I’ll stick to one: the invasion of the Al-Aqsa this year, which occurred DURING RAMADAN.
During that raid, in which heavily-armed militarized police attacked worshippers in what now strikes me as a deliberate provocation.
Just days before Hamas attack, thousands of Jews gathered during Yom Kippur to attempt to perform Talmudic rituals in and around the mosque.
ZIONISTS WANT TO BUILD A TEMPLE ON THE SITE OF THE AL-AQSA MOSQUE
Hamas has dubbed its War against the state of Israel as “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood”, and to understand the War in the Holy Land, one must know something about both Judaism and Islam, not to mention Christianity.
Zionists want to build a Third Temple on the original site of Solomon’s temple. The only problem is there’s a mosque there - the Al-Aqsa mosque, one of the holiest shrines for Muslims.
If ever there were cause for jihad, it would be the destruction of the Al-Aqsa mosque. And it seems clear that the Zionists do intend to eventually destroy it.
It bears mentioning that many Christians believe the Antichrist will reign from this temple during the End Times, although interpretations of Biblical prophecy differ widely.
Muslims want the Al-Aqsa Mosque to be left alone. If the world wants peace, they should be advised that its destruction would virtually ensure an apocalyptic war (or series oF wars).
My understanding of Scripture is that Armageddon refers not to one battle, as is often believed, but a whole series of wars lasting years.
Whether you believe in Biblical prophecy or not, it is undeniable that this is a religious war.
Most secularists are incredibly underinformed on the subject of religion, because Western universities haven’t treated it as an important subject for at least a generation.
Like it or not, religion IS an important subject, and it is not possible to understand the War in the Holy Land without knowing something about the religions to whom it is Holy.
The actions of Israel do not make logical sense within the frameworks of game theory or realpolitik, because they are motivated by a desire to fulfil some long-held desire of mythic proportions.
Likewise, the motivations of Jihadists will not make sense to a secular materialist. If the Al-Aqsa mosque is destroyed, there will be hell to pay, and Muslims will likely fight with a ferocity that the West can scarcely imagine.
We are fast approaching the point of no return.
Soon, it will no longer be possible to make sense of the new paradigm with the logic of the old.
Do you understand now why I ask whether this MIGHT be Armageddon?
"Soon, it will no longer be possible to make sense of the new paradigm with the logic of the old."
Depends on which new paradigm one is attempting to decipher and which old paradigm's logic one is using.
As a battle for power and influence in the Middle East, the events of the past few days make a lot of sense.
People overlook that Hamas has always been the second rate Palestinian jihadist group behind Hezbollah. Now Hezbollah is taking a back seat to Hamas.
For its part, Iran benefits from a competition between Hamas and Hezbollah. Those two ramping up operations in a bid for influence strengthens Iran's hand in the Middle East. Using the Palestinians as proxy fighters neutralizes Saudi Arabia to a large degree.
Which doesn't mean things aren't on a short road to Armageddon. The Great Powers in Europe did not anticipate the orgy of destruction that WW1 became, and blundered into it in spite of themselves.
The new paradigms are never so terribly different from the old.
A woman I know in Israel said this was a pretext to go to war with Iran, in her opinion. People as pawns on a war-game chess board...
