Here's a bit of history rarely discussed, but sadly resulted in the slaughter of more than a million:

"The “mother” organization behind Hamas, is namely the Muslim Brotherhood. After World War II the CIA began secretly working with this highly-effective organization, initially using them against Soviet Communist states during the Cold War. By the 1980s the Brotherhood was used in Afghanistan to train the local Mujahideen. The man in charge of that CIA Operation Cyclone during the entirety of the 1980s was a Saudi named Osama bin Laden. This is well documented in F. William Engdahl's book. Fast forward to October 2023 and the alleged role of Hamas or the Palestine Muslim Brotherhood and it begins to become clear that all is perhaps not what it seems in the Middle East."

Let us start with prejudice. It has many varied forms, racism being one. If we take a look at how we justify most of our self-serving decisions prejudice will very often be involved. If you go watch Ken Burns new special on “The Buffalo” you will readily see a vast extermination of a culture, that existed for thousands of years in a subsistence base, in a very short time. I know we humans are capable of altruistic behavior. But it is not the norm as all types of genocide are continually repeated. Where do we find the wisdom? Where and when will the wisdom discerned from these repeated acts be enacted and embraced by the majority?
