The COINTELPRO was a thing, however, the terrain was already weak. The activists of the time were too naive, it had a lot of insanity inside. There were many authoritarian phantasies, some of the Black Panthers, for example used to have a picture of Stalin in their offices, there were Maoists too, total crackpots, or the Weathermen, led by bored rich white women. I've got a 21/ Get the most utility out of our cognitive infiltration agents by spreading ideas we know are going to be unpopular with the general public, in order to prevent the movement going. Transphobia is a good one for this. Reinforce these ideas through repetition. We shall of course be controlling the other side too. This generates the effect that anyone joining the resistance movement and advocating for empathy for certain minority groups (e.g. trans people) must be part of the 'agenda'. They will either be treated with suspicion and never fully integrated into the group to provide the benefit of their empathy, or they will simply leave out of frustration and disillusionment.
22/ On a related note, encourage adherence to particular positions in a debate (it doesn't matter which side, as long as they choose one). Do not allow them to understand that we control both sides only to sow discord. Otherwise they may develop empathy and see through our entire culture/identity war tactic. Let them preferably take an 'anti-' position, whether that be 'anti-trans' or 'anti-antifa' - works especially well when we spread the rumour that the 'trans' and the 'antifa' is controlled by us. Likewise, accuse anyone pointing this out of being one of our agents...
