It might be worth noting that the Kinsey data turned out to be not mainly confined to "regular" people. I believe it was mainly derived from prisons and sex workers then relabelled as "ordinary" people.
Yeah, I've heard that too... but they also did a lot of surveys of college students, which this author seems to be referring to.
I haven't gotten around to going down the Kinsey rabbit hole yet... so I don't really have an opinion on how valid his methodology was.
I do know that their was Rockefeller money backing him... and that NAMBLA proponent Harry Hays was connected to Kinsey in some way... so I'm definitely highly suspicious of him.
Forget Freud and Kinsey. What does historical data say about love between fathers and daughters, and how that love prepares a woman for marriage if it does?
Were the older society more supportive emotionally? Were those families stronger than modern families?
